Polypak Plastics Limited manufactures all its products in-house, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We utilize our range of hi-tech extrusion and bag making machinery, and the latest ‘Servo’ technology, to manufacture a full range of products. Using the latest technology we retain the ability to be innovative while meeting the ongoing supply requirements of our customers.
Polypak combines exceptional in house manufacturing processes with strong, proven and stable relationships with our suppliers in China and Korea.
Polypak is committed to maintaining a highly skilled workforce, employing skilled, creative manufacturing personnel. We employ more than 21 staff, including an industrial chemist who is available to support customer queries.
Polypak operates a quality assurance program based on ISO9001:2000 and endorsed by the AsureQuality Approved Supplier Certification.
Polypak’s quality system ensures all vehicles, pallets and containers, together with all possible surfaces our products come into contact, with are free from any conditions likely to cause spoilage. All products are handled, processed and stored under strictly controlled conditions.
